What the hairdresser did to my hair is unacceptable. over 3 months ago and I am still incredibly upset and distressed about my experience. She thinned out SO much of my hair that in the last 3 months it has barely changed in appearance and still looks thin and sickly.In a world with an entire industry built around products that thicken and add volume to hair, what hairstylist thinks it’s okay to thin out a patron’s hair to such an extreme degree, particularly without communicating this first?It pains me to write this because I like and respect this hairstylist as a person.
